At Soeur, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection is not quite right, you may return any unworn and unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
